Trying to take photographs at any show is hard enough, but this is made even harder when indoors due to all the spotlights. The paddock area was really disappointing to wander around. Although filled with awesome cars, there was no atmosphere; it felt like you’d walked into a car park. With a little effort this area could have been dressed really well, imagine a paddock from yesteryear some garage façades and straw bails may have bought it to life. This classic car show has become more of a high-end classic car dealer show with a strong focus on sales. If you’re after photo opportunities, then I’d advise visiting later in the day when the crowds have died down.
